The micro-finely honed stainless steel blades allow for quick and precise slicing and grating of thin & thick slices, coarse & fine sticks, and dices. To make dices, pre-cut the vegetables crosswise.
• EASY CLEANING – Simply rinse the V-slicer under running cold or warm water. Keep the insert in the V-frame while cleaning. Be careful not to touch the blade. Also, rinse the fruit holder under running water. The mandoline slicer can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
